The nature of the space presented unique challenges. With intricate ceiling penetrations—HVAC systems, electrical lines, piping, and other overhead infrastructure—our containment solution needed to be both comprehensive and adaptable.
Our team developed a custom-fitted CCS designed to contain falling debris, dust, and dirt while preserving the full functionality of all critical systems. The result was a seamless integration of protection and performance across the entire ceiling area.
To minimize disruption and maintain the facility's operations, we closely coordinated with the roofing contractors to implement a phased installation approach. This allowed the CCS to be installed in tandem with the roofing work, ensuring continuous coverage without halting production or instruction in any of the three facility areas.
Safety was at the core of our planning and execution. We deployed trained spotters throughout the facility to ensure both our crew and the client's personnel could move safely and efficiently throughout the project.
Upon project completion, the CCS was carefully dismantled and removed without interrupting any ongoing operations. The result: a clean, secure facility throughout the roofing process and a highly satisfied client who recognized the value of both our planning and performance.
